Trewitley Owl Trust is a registered charity established to care for and where possible rehabilitate injured wild birds of prey. Any birds that cannot be released with any likelihood of success are cared for in purpose built aviaries. We also keep captive bred birds, mainly owls and mostly indigenous to Britain. These we show either on site by appointment or at schools, local shows or other suitable public places. Our purpose is to show these beautiful birds at close quarters and so promote an awareness of birds of prey as an important feature of our environment and to encourage debate on their habitat and conservation.

Also, we have acquired some new imprinted birds so we need additional space for them. As these birds are still very young, we have not taken any photographs of them yet; by Autumn’s newsletter we hope to introduce these birds.
