| Welcome |

|
| Trewitley Owl Trust is a registered charity established to care for and where possible rehabilitate injured wild birds of prey. Any birds that cannot be released with any likelihood of success are cared for in purpose built aviaries.
We also keep captive bred birds, mainly owls and mostly indigenous to Britain. These we show either on site by appointment or at schools, local shows or other suitable public places. Our purpose is to show these beautiful birds at close quarters and so promote an awareness of birds of prey as an important feature of our environment and to encourage debate on their habitat and conservation. |

Winter Update
2009-11-08
We have had a very busy summer and autumn: we were invited to some Village Days and have also visited a number of local schools. Two recent field trips to the Trust by schools have also proved very enjoyable, especially as the weather was kind to us.
We were really pleased to welcome all the people who have come to the Trust to see and handle the imprinted owls or to go on Hawk Walks with one of the free flying Harris Hawks.
